Pellegrino

Blade Description

What originally started out as more of a bird and trout knife, got several adjustments and revisions and is now what I call the Pellegrino. The knife allows for a full grip with a roughly 4.5" handle and a roughly 4.5" blade. I view this now as more of a general purpose knife that can succeed in many tasks from processing an animal to slicing and dicing onions in your camp kitchen.
